Page Layout View for Excel?
Yep, you read that right! If you’re using Excel 2007, you’ll find that it also has a page layout view.
Just like the view you’ve used in MS Word for years, you can now choose to view your worksheet in pages, complete with headers, page breaks, rulers and all.
Take a look:
As you can see, with page breaks completely visible, there should be no surprises when you pull your pages off the printer.
This view can be accessed via the View tab on the ribbon.
Click on the Page Layout button in the Workbook Views section.
With that, you’ll be able to design your workbook with the printed version constantly in mind, which should minimize the amount of adjusting you need to do once you see the printed page!
