If it takes your PC way too long to get fired up and running, it may be because you’ve got too many programs going at once at startup. Here’s how to check. Press the Win key + R. Then type msconfig in the box that pops up and press Enter.
Click the Startup tab and scroll down looking for programs that launch at startup. Look for things you don’t need to have going all the time like iTunes or OneNote and uncheck them If you aren’t sure what a program does, do a Google search.
After you apply the changes, you’ll need to restart your PC.
