Established in 1995, Pitchfork brings you the latest music criticism, reviews, news, and artist interviews from underground and independent music.
I really like the slick design of this site. There are so many interesting things to click right on the front page. You’ll find a music news column on the left, reviews next to that, and if you scroll down the page you’ll find featured tracks and interviews!
If you know what you’d like to check out then all you need to do is click search near the top of the page and enter your query. Or you can use the navigational tabs along the top of the page and explore sections like News, Reviews, Tracks, Features, Pitchfork.TV, Best New Music, Festivals, and Family.
At the bottom of the main page you can see lists of Albums/Songs/Singles by year. This provides an interesting look back through the music that the site has reviewed and rated over the years.
