Windows Task Manager allows you to close unresponsive programs, view performance and memory usage, and determine what’s truly running in the background.
Want a quick way to open Task Manager?
Here are two really fast methods:
#1 Right click on an empty area of the task bar and click Start Task Manager
#2 Hold down the Ctrl Key, Shift Key and Esc key at the same time. This combination of keys will launch the task manager for you and is especially useful if your mouse stops responding and you need to reboot your computer.
