The Send/Receive button in my Outlook 2007 is on the right side. Can you please tell me how to move it to the left side?
Georgia, as you can see below, my Send/Receive button is near the center of the toolbar. To move it, begin by right clicking on the toolbar and then select Customize from the menu.

In the Customize dialog box, under the Commands tab at the top, click the Rearrange Commands button.

In the Rearrange Commands dialog box, click the Radio Button beside the word Toolbar: and then scroll down until you find Send/Receive in the list and click on that. Click the Move Up button repeatedly until Send/Receive is at the top of the list.

Click the Close button at the bottom of the screen, and your Send/Receive button will move to the far left of the toolbar.

Thanks for the question, Georgia.

This is an excellent tip. I enjoy your letter from start to finish every day. Several months ago I followed your advice and set up security you recommended, and I have had no more trouble with virus, malware, or trogens. Keep up the good work.
