Does your DSL or Cable speed seem slower—I mean WAY slower?

Try re-booting your modem—especially if you leave your computer on all the time.

Turn your computer off, unplug the modem (it should be external), then plug it back in.

This may not solve your problem, but it’s the first step to take in troubleshooting.
