I have quite a few friends who decided to give up smoking – some for their New Year’s resolution, and some for Lent. They all turned to me and were like, you have a site for that right?
So I got to researching and found this free resource that helps people who want to quit smoking do so with a plan and coaching.
I sent this link off to them and got feedback that it was very helpful, so I thought I would share it with all of you just in case you were looking for support in your journey to quit smoking too.
I really like that they feature a section on preparing to quit, because it’s not necessarily something that you should do without thought especially if you’ve been smoking a long time.
They also have a section to help you plan the process of quitting. They also have sections on depression, eating healthy, and getting more active with exercise.
