Finding Recipes

Let's say you need to make a salad for the company picnic that uses apples, but no mayonnaise. You can find just that using the fields on this window. To Search for the recipes that meet your needs:

	Type in the keywords 'Apples and Salad', then click the Search button. MasterCook looks through all your cookbooks to find recipes that include the words 'salad' and 'apples'.
	Once the results are displayed, click the Exclude button, and type the word 'Mayonnaise'. Then put a checkmark in the Search Found Items Only check box. Now start the search again by clicking the Search button. MasterCook quickly finds only those recipes you want and shows you the title of each.

MasterCook has an Advanced Search feature where you could do this in all one step.

Organization of Recipes

MasterCook really helps you get organized. How many times have you found the perfect recipe on the weekend, and by the following Friday you've forgotten what it was? With MasterCook, that won't happen again.
