Super Quick Formatting Choices
So, are you using MS Office 2007?
If so, have you ever noticed what happens when you highlight text in Word, Excel or PowerPoint?
I don’t know about you, but I see the “shadow” of some formatting items we usually see in the Home ribbon.
Have you noticed it yet?
Did you try to “catch” it?
Well, I did (just to make sure I wasn’t seeing things) and this is what I got when my mouse slid over the “shadow:”

Right there, at the highlighted text, are the most common things you may be trying to change, such as no long moves of the mouse out of your document and away from your current working location and no switching ribbons, etc. It’s just a highlight and a small move to make those formatting changes quickly and painlessly!
