Tag Friends in Facebook Status Updates

Have you ever been on Facebook and noticed that some status updates have names highlighted in blue? That’s called a “Tag”, and it basically turns the person’s name into a link, so if you click on it, you can go directly to their profile.
It’s a pretty neat trick, and thankfully really easy to do yourself! Here’s how:
When you’re updating your status, and you want to tag someone, input an @ symbol and then start typing the name of the person you want to tag as it appears on Facebook. A drop-down list will appear, so you can click on the name and turn it into a tag.
Voila! You have officially tagged someone in your post!
Go forth and get taggin’!
