Ladies and gentlemen… it’s back. By “it”, I’m referring to Google Maps’ return to Apple’s iOS devices this past Wednesday. Apple ditched Google’s map app back in September and opted to use its own mapping app. Unfortunately this move brought on a lot of criticism, especially since Apple’s mapping app was less than amazing. Much less. Continue reading
Facebook may be slowing down soon, but for good reason. The world’s number one social network announced in a blog post recently that it plans to move all North American users to a more secure connection. The catch? This more secure connection has a tendency to be slower. Continue reading

Apple announced this past Tuesday that it will be holding an event on September 12. Most people believe this will be the event the new iPhone 5 will be announced, especially after the invitation shows the number 12 casting a shadow that looks like the number 5. It has already been widely expected that Apple would announce the new phone in September and the event looks to confirm everyone’s suspicions. Continue reading
A federal jury handed down a verdict last Friday recommending that Samsung pay Apple over $1 billion in damages. The jury stated that Samsung was guilty of “willful” patent violations on numerous mobile devices. The jury also did not suggest Samsung should get any payment for its counterclaims against Apple for patent infringement. Continue reading
