Focus - Many times you will hear people taking about an item that has "focus". When we say something has focus, we are referring to the fact that it is the currently selected window, button, drive, folder, etc. For example, if you're filling in a form, the box you're typing in has the current focus. If you tab to the next box, the first one no longer has focus, the second one does. For example, is the sample form below, the "first name" filed has the current focus:
Remember, focus isn't just for text boxes. Any item that is currently being interacted with has the current focus.
