Use color fonts, especially Magenta, Yellow, Cyan, Green, or Red.

Use a font size bigger than this.

And these examples are just taken from one spam filter, who knows what other common words and phrases could tip the spam-o-meter on others. If you are using a keyword type filter, take a look at what you are blocking.
