Wish you had a quick way to get to your My Documents stuff? Wish no more! Right-click your taskbar (the long grey bar where your Start button sits) and select Toolbars, My Documents from the resulting menu. The contents of your My Documents folder will be placed onto your taskbar. If you don't have My Documents as an option on that menu, hit "New Tool Bar" instead then My Documents from the resulting screen as shown below:
OK, it probably looks like a mess right about now, with all those little documents scattered across your taskbar. Well, before you undo what you just did, grab the little vertical "handle" on your new My Documents toolbar and drag that puppy all the way to the right (as far as it will go). You should be left with something that looks like:
Click the ">>" part and you'll get a list of all your My Documents stuff. Just click the document you want to open. The associated app will launch and open your file for you.
