See
Them All At Once
Are you an MS Outlook user
who loves to sort your information down into many folders and likes to
keep them all on the Outlook bar?
You've got to love
the way the Outlook bar makes it so easy to jump between functions, but
I must say that I hate it when I get so many items in there that I have
to use the scrolling arrows. You know, the arrows that appear at the top
and the bottom of a group when you have more icons than will fit in the
window.

Look familiar?
Ever wish for a way
to make your very busy Outlook bar more efficient?
Yeah, I was too when I figured
out there was a solution.
Here's the deal.
There's a choice as
to the size of the icons.
What you need to do
is switch them over to smaller icons. You'll be amazed at all the space
you'll have when you've made the change!
It's a one step process.
Just right
click on a blank space (to the right or left of an icon) in the
MS Outlook bar.

Choose Small
Icons from the pop up menu.
And that's it!
You should now have your list
with small icons displayed in about 1/3 of the space!
