That E-mail
How many e-mails do
you usually receive in a day? I don't know about you, but I get approximately
1,000 e-mails each morning here at the office. They're always a combination
of questions from readers, customers asking about their orders, jokes
and junk. (Yep, I get junk mail sometimes too!) Now, with all the e-mails
you get, have you ever wanted to print one? I know I like to print some
of my e-mails so I can refer back to them later on. If you like to do
the same, keep reading!
It may not seem like
it, but printing an e-mail is as easy as one, two, three. You pretty much
just do it the same way you would print anything else. There's three options
I'm going to give you and they're all good for an easy print!
First, make sure the e-mail
you want to print is open and ready. Then you can choose from these three
options. One: go to File, Print.
Two: Hit Ctrl + P at the same time.
Three: Right click the e-mail and choose Print.
It's as easy as that! Now, these directions were taken from my Outlook
Express e-mail program (because that's just what I use), but I'm sure
it works similarly for other e-mail clients as well. Now that you know
how easy it is to print your e-mails, go print some!
