Zooming
in PowerPoint
A quick way to
use the zoom feature in MS PowerPoint can be found right within your
mouse.
If you have a
mouse with a scroll wheel, you're in luck! Just hold down the Ctrl
key and spin the wheel.
You'll find yourself zooming
in and out with just the flip of a finger.
The good part
is this will work on your slides in the Normal, Slide Sorter and Notes
Page views, as well as, in your outline.
You'll find that
this little trick gives you a quick way to manage how much you can
see on the screen at one time (especially in the Slide Sorter view).
It's a pretty useful tool when you're trying to arrange your slideshow
with minimal scrolling.
So, the next time
you wish you could zoom in or out in PowerPoint, give this trick a
try. You might find that it's just the solution you've been looking
for!
