Keys for Excel's Print Preview
Do you frequently
use the print preview feature in MS Excel?
I'm sure you all
know that by using the scroll wheel on your mouse, you can quickly
flip between the pages with just a slight touch of your finger to
the wheel.
But, if you're
more of a keyboard person, even the speed of the mouse wheel just
isn't good enough!
Here are a few
key combinations that may help speed up your work within the print
preview feature:
-
Page
Up moves you to the previous page. (Older versions of Excel
may require the combination of Ctrl + Page Up).
-
Page
Down moves you to the next page. (Again, older versions
of Excel may require the combination of Ctrl + Page Down).
-
Ctrl
+ Up Arrow will take you to the first printed page of the
worksheet.
-
Ctrl
+ Down Arrow will take you to the last printed page of
the worksheet.
While this list
doesn't remove the mouse completely from your print preview experience,
it could certainly help you in making it feel a little neglected!
