I don't know about you, but for me, this has got to be the coolest free download I have ever found! For those of you who don't know, I am the technical support guru here at WorldStart. When I'm taking tech calls, there are so many times I wish I could control someone else's computer and fix their problem for them, instead of trying to explain the steps over the phone. Well, today, my wish has come true!

I found a program called CrossLoop. It is an application that allows one person to see and control someone else's computer (with permission, of course!) All you have to do is install CrossLoop on both computers and set up a username and password on the host computer. After setting up the password, just give it to the person who is trying to connect with you and bingo! They have full control of your computer to help you out. How cool is that?!
