Greasemonkey
Scripts for Flickr
Have you heard
of Flickr? (You can read all about it right here
if you haven't). I’m sure several of you probably use it, right?
Either way, Flickr is a great new photo sharing Web site owned by
Yahoo! and I absolutely love it! And today, I’m going to show
you some Greasemonkey scripts that will help you in adding even more
functionality to your Flickr. Let's check it out, shall we?!
First of all,
you need to be comfortable with installing Greasemonkey scripts in
Firefox. If you aren’t, that’s okay. Just go ahead and
read this tip
and you’ll be a Greasemonkey expert in no time!
Instant
Zoom – We are going to start with the most useful Greasemonkey
script (in my opinion!) It’s called Instant Zoom and it’s
amazing. How many times have you wanted to analyze one of your photographs
a little more? There was never really an easy way to do that until
now! Just click the Instant Zoom button and your cursor will automatically
turn into a magnifying glass. You can then go from there to do what
you want with your photos. You can use this link
to download the script for Instant Zoom.

Rich Edit
Comments – When you share your comments for videos
you watch, you should share them in style with this Greasemonkey script!
It allows you to use bold and italics fonts and you can also link
to other pages very easily. You can use this link
to download the script for Rich Edit Comments.

All Sizes
– If you like to download images from Flickr quite often, you
usually have to specify what size you want the image to be. Well,
to make that just a little bit easier, download this Greasemonkey
script! It gives you plenty of options to download an image in different
sizes, as well as, embed them on your Web site. You can use this link
to download the script for All Sizes.

Camera
Info – I know there are a lot of photographers out
there! So, if you're ever curious which camera a photo was taken with,
you don't have to wonder any longer! With the Camera Info script,
you can see the details of the photo, the camera it was taken with
and there's also a link to buy the camera from Amazon.com. You can
use this link
to download the script for Camera Info.

More Links – You can gain access to even more
interesting links by using this Greasemonkey script! It adds links
to a user’s profile page and so on. You can use this link
to download the script for More Links.
I hope you have
fun with all of these!
