Here's yet another great one for my PowerPoint
2007 users.
Ever have a bulleted or numbered list and wish that you'd
thought to put it into SmartArt from the beginning?
Well don't start kicking yourself for not thinking of it
earlier and don't retype it all into a diagram. In fact, don't even
start with the copy / paste thing… you really don't need any
of that.
What you really need is a right-click.
Yep - that's what I said - a simple right-click will do the
trick.
- First highlight the list.
- Now it's time to right-click on the list.

- You're looking for the Convert to SmartArt
choice.
- A palette of choices will open, choose one. Or, if you
don't see what you want, you can always choose More SmartArt
Graphics at the bottom.
At any rate, choose a graphic that works and Presto - Change -
O! You've converted your list in the "smartest" possible way that I
can think of.
