Have you noticed
that in Word 2007 your ability to format tab stops seems to be
missing?
Are you suffering withdrawl symptoms because you can't seem to find
this little gem?
Ok, so we all know that it's not really gone but where in the
world did they put it?
Well, I can think of a couple of methods for reaching the Tabs
dialog box in word 2007…
First, if you have the ruler displayed you can double-click on a
tab stop.
(To display the ruler either go to the View tab of the
Ribbon and check the Ruler box or click the View Ruler
button located above the vertical scroll bar.)
The other way, very useful for those of you who don't like to use
the ruler, is to click the dialog launcher in the Paragraph
section of the Home tab of the Ribbon.
In the bottom left corner of the Paragraph dialog box find and
click the Tabs button.
That's all there is to it! Formatting tab stops is as easy as it
ever was - now that you know how to find it.
