
On a surprising note: According to a report released by CWA
(Communication Workers of America), the United States is far behind
other countries in terms of Internet speed, ranking 28th, behind
countries such as South Korea, Japan and Sweden. The average speed
for the nation, 5.1 megabits per second is far behind South Korea's
average of 20.5 megabits per second and Japan's 15.8 megabits per
second. The country's fastest connection speeds were located in
Delaware, Rhode Island and New Jersey.

Wikipedia is going to be implementing a new feature called
"WikiTrust" to help with the reliability of the well known internet
encyclopedia. When enabling the feature, Wikipedia will color code
every word of the encyclopedia based on the reliability of its
author and the length of time that it has persisted on the page.
The feature will be available to registered users of Wikipedia
sometime this fall.

India has ended its unmanned mission to the moon after they lost
contact with the orbiter. The Indian Space Research Organization
stated that they have no way to locate the unmanned spacecraft,
named Chandrayann-I, which could remain in space for a thousand
more days until it crashes into the surface of the moon. A
spokesperson did state that the space agency might make a request
to the United States and Russia for assistance in locating the
spacecraft due to the powerful radars the two countries own.
