Uninstall Android Applications

Before I buy an Android application, I try the free trial version. More often than not, my experience with the trial version is a key input to the buying decision. Over a few months, my Android phone has a litany of trial version applications, which I do not actually need. It’s time to get rid of the clutter. In this tip, I’ll show you how to uninstall Android applications. I’ve used the most commonly found version of Android, 2.2, to illustrate the steps.
Step 1: Access Settings.
There are two ways of accessing Settings. The simplest is to press the menu key on the phone. Typically, it is the left corner key on Android phones. After you press this key, some options appear. Tap Settings.
Alternatively, access the Applications menu and then tap Settings.
Step 2: Tap Applications.
Step 3: Tap Manage applications to see a list of applications installed on your Android phone.
Step 4: Tap the application you want to uninstall. In this case, I’ll uninstall 3D Pool Master 2.
Step 5: Tap the Uninstall button.
Step 6: Tap the OK button to uninstall the application. Android uninstalls the application.
Step 7: Tap the OK button after the application has been uninstalled.
That’s it! You can now uninstall all applications that you aren’t using or applications that aren’t worth the space they use up in your phone memory or SD card. The more free memory your Android phone has, the better is its performance!
