When sending an email in Gmail the other day, I needed to include a link to a website. When I typed it, there was no “hyperlink”, or line telling me that it would be an active link. I had to go down to the bottom of the email toolbar, highlight the address, then click on the link button so it showed up as working.
I figured there HAD to be an easier way to make the links in Gmail clickable! A quick search showed me there is. You actually do not have to do anything to the address!
When you are typing the link, it will not show up as an active link. However, as soon as you send it (or preview it!), it is actually a working link. Made my email sending much easier!
