At URL Void, just type an internet address (URL) into the field, click the Scan Now button and, within seconds, a report on the site comes back.

Below is a copy of the abbreviated report on WorldStart.com. Scrolling down further on the site reveals details about which diagnostic tools were used to make the determination that our site was clean.

Another site that performs a similar function is Norton Safe Web.

Here again is a field in which a URL can be entered, followed by search results offering safety information on that site.

If you’re concerned about the safety of a website, you now have a couple quick ways to check. Thanks for the tip, Nancy.

OK, so how do we access either or both of these sites?
Thank you,
Reb
Note that certain words (“URL Void” and “Norton Safe Web”) are in blue. Clicking on either of these will bring up the desired site.
Reb,
either hover over the names (in blue) and read the web address on the bottom bar of your screen or go to the printer friendly version and they are listed at the end of the page.
Reb,
The links are embedded in the names (URL Void and Norton Safe Web), where they appear in blue. If you have any problem accessing the links, please let me know.
