End users can not purchase wholesale directly from WorldStart.com. In order to become a reseller, you must fax us a copy of your venders license, federal tax ID, or business license. 2. We reserve the right to deny any application for any reason. We also reserve the right to terminate an account at any time, for any reason, without notification. 3. You understand that the pricing we give you is strictly confidential and you agree not to disclose our pricing to end users or other venders. 4. You understand that shipping and freight charges are not included in the pricing and will be added to your orders. 5. You agree to hold WorldStart, Inc. harmless for any misinformation, omissions, or problems with our web site. In no event shall WorldStart, Inc., its officers, directors, employees and/or other representatives be liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, consequential, punitive, and/or incidental damages related to the products sold. 6. We specialize in closeout, overstock, and liquidation software. As such, you agree and understand that wholesale prices can and do change. You agree and understand that all purchases are final and can not be returned unless the wrong item is sent or prior arrangements have been made with WorldStart, Inc. 7. Payment is made with Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, PayPal, or COD (bank check). At this time we do not offer terms. 8. You agree that any legal action or disputes against WorldStart,Inc. will take place in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio. Ohio law will govern all legal action. 9.
