After sharing the owlets that I’d been watching I got a ton of links to other animal video sites, but the real gem of the bunch was Wild Earth TV. Here at Wild Earth TV you’ll find a large selection of live channels from around the world.
I have to admit I have gotten addicted to the Safari channel. It broadcasts from Djuma Game Reserve, and there are two live feeds daily. Beneath the video area of the page, you’ll find an About section where you can learn all about the channel. Next the video on the right there is a Fanbox, Chat, Archives, and Hotspots section.
Each section is setup in the same style; some have all the sections on the right side of video area, and some just have the Fanbox and Chat.
The live channel categories are: Safari, Gulf Tower Falcon Cam, Pennsylvania Woods, MN Bound Loon Cam, Sidney Eagle Cam 1 and 2, Hornby Eagle Cam, Cathedral Falcon Cam, LaFarge Eagle Cam, Bluebird Nest Cam 1 and 2, Delta O.W.L. Cam, and the House Wren Cam.
I love the Pennsylvania Woods channel, probably because it is so close to home, but it is very interesting to see what’s lurking in the woods. I always seem to see birds, but there have been turkey and deer sightings, just check the archives!
This is a great site devoted to sharing wildlife with the world through video! Check it out today!
