Windows 7 Dreamscene Activator

Dreamscene is a feature in Windows operating system that allows you to have animated desktop backgrounds. This is a great feature if you have a solid graphics card, and want to maximize your Windows experience. Unfortunately, this feature is only available for the “Ultimate” versions of Windows operating systems. Fortunately, you can enable Dreamscene on any versions of Windows by using the Windows 7 Dreamscene Activator. This program works for both Windows 7 and Vista. Follow the instructions below to give it a try.

Go to the Windows 7 DreamScene Activator website.

Go to the bottom of the screen and click Download. The next page will allow you download the files.

Extract the files you have downloaded. Programs such as 7-Zip and ZipGenius allow you extract files.

Right-click on the Windows DreamScene Activator, and select Run as Administrator. You need administrative privileges to run this program.



Click Enable DreamScene. This will allow you to use the DreamScene feature. You can set up any video in WMV/MPG format as the desktop background.



Right-click on a video and select Set as Desktop Background.

If you want to disable Dreamscene, open the Windows 7 Dreamscene Activator and click Disable Dreamscene.
