Windows 7 Folder Pictures

Way back in the day we ran a tip on how to make your Windows XP folders more interesting with pictures [1]. Well, what about Windows 7? Here’s the scoop, tip lovers!
In Windows 7, simply right-click on the folder you want to customize and select Properties.

Now, make sure you’re under the Customize tab and click the Choose File… button, under Folder Pictures.

Choose the picture you’d like displayed in your folder icon and click Open. Now click OK, and take a look at your newly customized folder icon!

If you ever want to go back, simply follow these steps and click the Restore Default button!
