I left clicked on Start, then went to Settings, left clicked on Taskbar and Start Menu, then Start Menu at the top. Next left clicked on Customize and placed a check in 'Show Small Icons in Start menu', clicked on OK, then OK again. All the icons are smaller using the Classic Start Menu, instead of the other one.
