Yesterday, I showed you how to create your own custom labels in Word. Today, we’ll look at how to make those labels beautiful. Click here if you want to review how to create labels. We’re starting with a page of labels.
First, let’s change the font. Click inside the first label and press Ctrl + A to select all.
Click the drop-down font menu at the top to preview different fonts. Be cautious, though. Changing fonts will affect the layout. If you switch fonts or go bold, you may have to adjust the size as well.
Click the color drop-down menu to change the color of the fonts. For a larger label like a package label, you’ll have more freedom to play with the fonts.
Tomorrow, we’ll learn how to add images to your labels.
