Wrap It My Way – Permanently
Did you try yesterday’s MS Office tip concerning text wrapping around pictures? I bet you like how easy it makes wrapping text around those pictures and really embedding them within the document to produce such a professional-looking finished product. You’ve probably also figured out that it’s a bit of a pain to constantly tell Word how to behave with your pictures.
Did you find one wrapping style that you would use almost all the time? You can tell Word to use that one every time you insert a picture! Instead of changing settings for the majority of pictures, you’d only have to make adjustments for the small number of pictures you want to handle differently.
Ready to get started? You’re looking for the Tools menu, Options choice.
In the Options window, you need the Edit tab.
In the Insert/paste picture as field, you’ll find a drop down list with your wrapping choices.
Pick one and click OK.
That’s it. Now when you insert a picture, you have it your way from the very beginning!
