I found this awesome site that created a free resource of the best workout videos on YouTube, and I can’t wait to share it with you!
The site curates workout videos hosted on YouTube and then divides them into easy to navigate categories by exercise type, body region, and duration making it easy to find the best workouts to fit into your busy life.
When you arrive at the site, all you have to do is scroll down, pick the type of exercise you want to check out, and then pick a video in that category!
I do yoga for both the health benefits to my body but also to my mind. I’ve gotten out of practice since the beginning of the new year, because I’ve been so busy with school and work. I’m super excited to try out the 30 Days of Yoga videos. So far they’re all around 30-40 minutes, and I really like the guide Adriene.
